Cool Man Needs Your Help!
Cool Man is sick and receiving care at the A&M Veterinary Hospital in College Station. After two days battling colic, Cool Man was not getting better. On Friday morning it was decided by Libby, our Equine Manger, and our veterinarian that Cool Man need more intensive care than he could receive at the Ranch. Instructors Cameron and Crystal, along with Remote Equine Manager Sarah Beth, drove Cool Man to A&M.
Cool Man has been diagnosed with a large impacted colon, dehydration, and a low grade fever. He is receiving IV fluids and is being closely monitored. Cool Man is an essential member of the Healing with Horses Ranch herd and will be missed by his many students while he is in the hospital.
Unfortunately, Cool Man's medical care will be in the thousands of dollars and will only grow the longer he needs to stay at the A&M Veterinary Hospital. We need your help. Donate to help pay for Cool Man's care. All donations, big and small, will make a difference.
