Happy St Patty's Day! And what a beautiful day it was!
We got a lot accomplished today and that felt good! Thanks to Michael, Coltin, Sharon, Ashley, Keith, and John, we got the West Campus trenched, pvc pipe laid, and the trench covered so we have water all the way over to the round pen!
Julia had a wonderful lesson today. She is getting so strong and is finally starting to like this thing called horse back riding! It's so nice to hear her giggle and ask for more riding! She reminded me about how important it is to listen even to our youngest as they certainly have their opinions and ideas!
Kayla has grown from a very timid rider to one who is a trotting fiend! She is starting to get the posting trot already! After riding, we planted a red rose to remember her mom forever and a rose called Playboy to remember Playboy. She drew a picture and wrote a poem for me which I will cherish forever! I love this young lady.
Horses carry the wisdom of healing in their hearts
and offer it to people who need it.
They help us learn how to
Trust, Believe, and Love
and that process is called
Healing with Horses!
