Adriana "Addie" Groot first volunteered at the Ranch in 2024 and quickly became a member of the Board. She brings her expertise in compliance & business development to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in corporate law, startups, and international business, Addie applies her skills to both big-picture strategy and hands-on work. At the Ranch, you'll find her rolling up her sleeves to support fundraising efforts, side-walk in lessons, tackle facilities projects, or serve as Apple’s dedicated Instagram intern (our horse, not the company!). Addie holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Queen’s University Belfast & a B.A. in international affairs & philosophy from the University of Cincinnati.
