Arianna Roman
Program Director, CTRI, ESMHL
Arianna is our Program Director, a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI), an Equine Specialist in Mental Health & Learning (ESMHL), and most importantly, our therapy mule Earl’s mom. She has spent a decade in the field of nonprofit work, making the world a more inclusive place for people with disabilities & at-risk youth. Her mission is to support & guide her team of Instructors & Equine Specialists so they can continue to change lives through the power of the horse.
Outside of her work at the Ranch, Arianna enjoys spending time with her partner Jeremy, and is an avid fan of anime & comic books: a quintessential nerd.
