Austin is a Senior Manager at Apple, Inc where she’s built a career in service operations for the last 15 years. She began volunteering at Healing with Horses Ranch in 2024, later becoming a writer for the grants committee & board member in 2025. She spends most of her time at the Ranch supporting facilities initiatives where she found her true passion of caring for the land where our beautiful herd lives & works. If she’s not walking around with power tools, you’ll find her driving the tractor or RTV.

Outside of the Ranch, Austin loves traveling to national parks, visiting her family / spoiling her nephews, and spending time with her adorable rescue dogs, Winnie & Zuzu. She endeavors to carry on her dad’s legacy of giving back to communities in need and is deeply honored for the dedication of a pasture in his name: Hankins Field.
