Hannah West, PTA
Hannah started at the Ranch in 2017 as a volunteer and earned her PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) certification in 2020. In 2024, after leading many sessions in the veterans & first responders program, she officially became the first Veterans Program Coordinator.
She started riding horses at the age of 7 and competed in the hunter/jumper/equitation disciplines for 15 years. Hannah has a big love for animals which led her to earning a Bachelor’s degree in animal science from Tarleton State University where she also competed on the college’s club equestrian team.
Outside of the Ranch, Hannah works as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Hannah’s favorite thing about her jobs is that she is able to have a positive impact on those she works with. When not working Hannah enjoys running, hiking with her dog, and traveling with her husband Cody. Fun fact: Hannah & Cody got engaged on a trail ride along the trails of Healing with Horses Ranch!
