Jen originally joined the Ranch as a volunteer in 2019, and became a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) in 2025 under the advisement & coaching of founder, Patty D’Andrea. Jen is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2023, including nearly a decade of experience with Applied Behavior Analysis for children on the spectrum. She specializes in behavioral intervention & inclusion for all developmental disabilities combined with equine partnership.

When not working or at the Ranch, Jen spends most weekends at COTA with her partner for all car events (Forza Ferrari!)
