John has 35+ years experience in the aerospace, heavy equipment/agriculture, and high tech industries doing operations, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and business process design. Additionally, for the last 25 years, he also worked in non-profit space as a volunteer, board member, and now as the Executive Director of Healing with Horses Ranch.

John is a motorsports enthusiast with numerous 2 & 4-wheeled projects in work at all times. John got involved with performance driving 20 years ago, and regularly attended track day events for many years. He completed time trial events & is a performance driving instructor. He loves spending time with his wife, Patty, their kids, and looks forward to passing on his car addiction to his grandchildren.
