Run, ruck, or walk with purpose! This fundraising event held annually on the Saturday before Memorial Day benefits our Veteran & First Responder Program. Thanks to the support of our community, veterans & first responders receive these services with the assurance that asking for help never comes with a financial barrier.

The race takes place along our 47 acres of natural Texas landscape at Healing with Horses Ranch, located along Gilliland Creek on the eastern-most edge of Austin’s District 1. The 5K course weaves through a mix of terrain. Participants will encounter a variety of natural surfaces, shaded tree-lined paths, open stretches, and light elevation changes. Our land is part of a designated Community Tree Priority Area by the City of Austin which serves as a protected refuge for wildlife, native plants, and pollinators. As development continues around us, we are proud to preserve & share this space with the community.

Chipped timing provided by Run Texas Timing Services, and will also include a t-shirt, finisher ribbon, live results, finisher photo options, and finisher certificate.
