Join Healing with Horses Ranch staff for an engaging, experiential presentation exploring how emotional regulation & awareness deepen relationships. Participants in this CEU will learn how polyvagal theory & equine behavior intersect. Joel Wyrtzen, LPC, ESMHL, will share his expertise in how both humans & horses shift between five key emotional-neural states: Novelty, Safety, Reward, Threat, and Overwhelm.

Participants will:
- Learn to recognize subtle emotional & physiological cues.
- Explore how the nervous system regulates emotion & connection.
- Practice self-awareness & “self-cueing” strategies to foster calm, focus, and authentic engagement.
