We have welcomed many different types of groups, such as corporate companies, other non-profits, churches, student organizations, and more. Your group will take a short tour of the Ranch, complete a volunteer project, and conclude your event with a group picture with a horse. Due to the dynamic nature of our facility, please note that projects are based on the most current or urgent needs.

Volunteer groups now require a minimum of 25 participants. This allows us to focus on projects with the biggest impact. The easiest way to meet the minimum is inviting family members & friends to join your work group. Group volunteer sessions are all about rolling up your sleeves & supporting the work that makes our programs possible, which is more fun with someone you love! The horses (& humans) are grateful for your support! Youth under 14 are welcome as long as they are accompanied & supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.

If so, we can plan a special project together and purchase the necessary supplies in advance. Your group will also have the option to “adopt” any structure built during your project and display your branding on it.

Please request a date at least two weeks in advance. Projects that involve funding or purchasing supplies will require at least a month in advance to plan. Default duration is 2 hours unless specified otherwise. You can provide a range of dates, such as a specific week or a general time of day, but please note that submitting your preference does not guarantee those times will be available.
